What do I need to apply for the Image One Financing Credit Card?
You need a U.S. billing address and a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to apply. You will also be required to provide your date of birth, phone number, email address, and annual income. You must not have a security freeze on your TransUnion or Experian credit reports. Contact agencies directly to temporarily lift or permanently remove a freeze.

How do I apply for the Image One Financing Credit Card?
Can I use the card right away if I'm approved?
- If the application is approved for instant credit, you will receive a confirmation screen with your account number. Print/save this number to use your account before your card arrives by mail.
- If the application is Pending, you will receive a confirmation screen with a phone number to call Synchrony to provide more info. In some cases, you may be asked to submit an image of yourself or a government-issued ID through a secured third-party website to complete your application. If approved after additional verification, you may need to wait for the physical card to arrive to use it.
- If the application is Declined, you will receive a confirmation screen indicating Synchrony is unable to approve and either the reasons why or written notice by mail within 7-10 business days.

You may have saved your card to your Image One Profile during a previous purchase. To check, log into your account and go to My Account > My Payment Options. If your Image One credit card is not saved, you can retrieve your account number via text or phone method.
Tip: During checkout, you’ll have the option to save your Image One credit card to your account for future use (your credit card will only be saved once you have placed your order).

The minimum monthly payment is calculated as the sum of a + b below, as follows:
- The greater of:
- $28; OR
- 3.5% of the new balance shown on your billing statement; OR
- 1% of the new balance shown on your billing statement plus interest and late payment fees charged in the current billing cycle
- PLUS any past due amounts
