What do I need to apply for the Image One Financing Credit Card?

You need a U.S. billing address and a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to apply. You will also be required to provide your date of birth, phone number, email address, and annual income. You must not have a security freeze on your TransUnion or Experian credit reports. Contact agencies directly to temporarily lift or permanently remove a freeze.

In some cases, Synchrony Bank may require additional identity verification after you submit your application. Please follow all directions to complete your credit card application.

How do I apply for the Image One Financing Credit Card?
Apply online via Synchrony’s secure site. Or, you may apply in our Riverside Location. Credit approval is the sole decision of Synchrony Bank. Image One Camera is not privy to, nor can we influence Synchrony Bank’s credit decisions.
Can I use the card right away if I'm approved?
  • If the application is approved for instant credit, you will receive a confirmation screen with your account number. Print/save this number to use your account before your card arrives by mail.
  • If the application is Pending, you will receive a confirmation screen with a phone number to call Synchrony to provide more info. In some cases, you may be asked to submit an image of yourself or a government-issued ID through a secured third-party website to complete your application. If approved after additional verification, you may need to wait for the physical card to arrive to use it.
  • If the application is Declined, you will receive a confirmation screen indicating Synchrony is unable to approve and either the reasons why or written notice by mail within 7-10 business days.
Can I use the Image One Financing Credit Card for international purchases?
Yes, the card may be used to receive promotional financing offers on orders shipped internationally.
Can I pay my Image One Financing Credit Card bill with another credit card?
No. Payments may be made with your checking account or debit card.
Can I pay my Image One Financing Credit Card bill with another credit card?
Can I change the promotional financing on my order after I’ve placed my order?

When will I see my refund after I return a purchase paid for with the Image One Financing Credit Card?
Once Image One has issued the refund, it can take between 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. Please note: if your billing due date is before the refund has processed, ensure you have made your minimum payments.
 
Does Image One offer longer financing periods than 18,12 or 6 months?
All currently available promotions are displayed on this webpage. From time to time, Image One may offer additional special promotions on qualifying purchases.
Can I place an order with my Image One credit card if I don't have my physical card with me?
Yes. You can retrieve your account number through one of the following methods:

  1. Online:
    You may have saved your card to your Image One Profile during a previous purchase. To check, log into your account and go to My Account > My Payment Options. If your Image One credit card is not saved, you can retrieve your account number via text or phone method.

Tip: During checkout, you’ll have the option to save your Image One credit card to your account for future use (your credit card will only be saved once you have placed your order).

Can I place an order with my Image One credit card if I don't have my physical card with me?

  • View your balance
  • Make a payment
  • Set up monthly autopayment
  • Schedule up to your next 12 payments

When is my payment due? Is there a grace period?
There is at least a 23-day grace period from the close of each billing cycle. Please see your cardholder statement for your due date.

How can I make a payment on my Image One Financing Credit Card?
There are three convenient ways to pay your bill directly to Synchrony Bank.

  1. Pay Synchrony Online: Click here to login and make or schedule payments.
  2. Pay Synchrony by Phone: Call Synchrony Bank Customer Service at 1.866.396.8254.

Can I schedule or set up automatic payments for myImage One Financing Credit Card?
Yes, you may make a single payment, schedule up to 12 payments, or set up ongoing Autopay on the MySynchrony website or mobile app. You may choose how much you would like to pay each month – the minimum payment due, the statement balance, or another amount. If you schedule payments or Autopay, please review your billing due date and the scheduled payment date information provided to ensure that you don’t miss any payments before your changes.
 
How is my minimum monthly payment calculated?
Please refer to your terms & conditions for the most up to date information.
The minimum monthly payment is calculated as the sum of a + b below, as follows:

  1. The greater of:
    1. $28; OR
    2. 3.5% of the new balance shown on your billing statement; OR
    3. 1% of the new balance shown on your billing statement plus interest and late payment fees charged in the current billing cycle
  2. PLUS any past due amounts
I just received my Image One Financing Credit Card; can I use it to apply financing to a previous order?
Call Image One Customer Service at 8951-977-8811 to see what options are available, based on the date of your previous order and shipping status of item(s) in your order.
If I already paid off my credit card balance, what will happen to my refund?
Synchrony will apply the credit to your account for approximately 60 days or 2 billing cycles. If the credit balance remains after this period, Synchrony will automatically mail a check for the remaining credit amount. You can call Synchrony customer service at any time to request a check for the credit balance to be sent immediately. If your account has been closed, Synchrony will mail a check for the credit balance.
