Yep, that’s right when you make a purchase between March 8th and April 17th, 2021 we’ll cover your sales tax! How can we offer this program well it’s simple when you make a qualifying purchase we will provide you with a mail-in-rebate form Or Use the Online form below, that allows you to collect all applicable taxes from your purchase. Simply fill out the form, including the details from your receipt, and sign the form.
*Restrictions apply, Limited Quantities in-stock, may be eligible for backorder/pre-order products, not guaranteed to receive sales tax unless required forms are completed in there entirety.

MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Please Include your “Full Name” Address, Email and telephone number
- You must provide the following:
- include a copy of an official, unexpired, driver’s license, passport, or applicable ID. (Front & Back)
- The “Invoice Number”. This can be located on the recipt just below your name/address.
- The total amount of Taxes paid at the time of purchase
- Include the purchase date
- And finally sign the bottom of the page
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE MAY 1st 2021, in order to be eligible for the sales tax rebate.
